(sorry about the blurry picture)We did it again. We forgot to thaw out the top tier of our wedding cake. So Friday of last week we celebrated our 2nd anniversary again. We grilled hot dogs and ate wedding cake. Believe it or not, the cake was still moist and uber-delicious! I had forgotten how good that cake was; white and chocolate marble cake with chocolate chip-butter cream filling.
