We just got back from the doctor's office. We believe the stork is in flight. I am 90% effaced and dilated to 1cm but haven't had any significant contractions yet. I have to go to the hospital Thursday morning for a biophysical profile. It will evaluate fetal breathing, movement, tone and amniotic fluid through use of an ultrasound. If everything is fine I can go home for another week. If any red flags are raised they might decide to induce labor. Hopefully we can get this show on the road naturally without induction.
